The teacher is Vanessa from Belgium, and the class is about a 15-minute bike ride from COMPASS. She teaches in English, French or Japanese if you wish. Lessons are held on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays for 1 hour from 9:45. This course is suitable for people of all ages and both men and women, even those who have never taken a class before. You may feel a little stiff at first, but as time goes by, you will gradually feel your body warm up and relax. As you concentrate on the rhythm of your breathing under the guidance of the teacher’s voice, you will find yourself sweating and letting go of all your tension.
