【Cancellations】
Please contact us via e-mail or by phone when you need to make changes to (or cancel) your reservation.
【Cancellation Policy】
5days before the check-in date or No show : We will charge 100% of the total rate.
【Petition】
The ¥200 per person per night Kyoto City Accomodation Tax will be collected upon arrival.
【Payment】
Please pay upon arrival.
【About children】
Children under 6 years old can’t stay in the dormitories. Please book a private room.
Children under 3 years old stay for free. But you have to use the same futon bed.
However, if you need another bed for the child, there is an extra fee of 500yen/night.
Children between 4 years old to 6 years old have a special rate. Price of the total stay minus 1,000yen/night.
